All Spruced products are natural & handmade fresh in small batches, as a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after an order has been processed.

This is to ensure the freshness and potency of our products and to help keep costs low in order to continue to deliver superior quality, natural handmade cosmetics!

Lost or Damaged Shipments

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at info@sprucedit.com with a picture of your item, item number, and tracking number . We will happily replace any damaged or defective items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Items lost or damaged during transit is not our responsibility. If your item was lost or damaged due to poor handling of the delivery service please contact the delivery service using the links below to file a claim directly.
