All orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days.

Delays may occur due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to populate in the couriers system.

If your order is placed, and you did not receive an order confirmation email please be sure to check your spam & junk folders as sometimes these emails get lost in the sauce!

Shipping times may be delayed during Holidays, New Collection drops, Restocks, Sales, or Special Promotions.

Processing Time


Due to the extreme freshness of our products our current processing time ranges between 7 - 14 business days.

Business Days: Monday -Friday

Any orders placed after 4PM EST will rollover to the next day for processing.

We curate all of our skincare products in small batches to ensure the most superior quality is delivered each & every time!

Our processing time DOES NOT include the time it takes for the delivery service to deliver the items to your door.

Address Changes

All SprucedBabe's are responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to successfully process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete, correct address, including your apartment number, suite number, &/or unit number.

We do not recommend using PO Box shipping addresses due to potential restrictions from the shipping company.

If you need to update your shipping address, email immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed.

If your order has shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customers) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update it in their system in order to reroute the package.

If an order is returned to us due to "Invalid Shipping Address", you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of shipping to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Shipments


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at with a picture of your item, item number, and tracking number . We will happily replace any damaged or defective items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. 


Items lost or damaged during transit is not our responsibility. If your item was lost or damaged due to poor handling of the delivery service please contact the delivery service using the links below to file a claim directly.
